With Amazon Cost Management tools, you only pay for what you use
Amazon Budgets
Amazon Budgets lets you set custom cost and usage budgets that alert you when your budget thresholds are exceeded (or forecasted to exceed). You can also create budgets to track your aggregate Reservation utilization and coverage metrics. You can monitor and receive notifications on your budgets free of charge.
In addition to budget monitoring, you can add actions to your budgets to control IAM policy permissions as well as Amazon Web Services resources when thresholds are exceeded (or forecasted to exceed). Your first two action-enabled budgets are free (regardless of the number of actions you configure per budget) per month. Afterwards each subsequent action-enabled budget will incur a CNY 0.70 daily cost.
Amazon Budgets Reports
Amazon Budgets Reports allow you to monitor the performance of your budget portfolio on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis by receiving an emailed report. Each report delivered will incur a cost of CNY 0.07.
Amazon Cost Explorer API
The Amazon Cost Explorer API lets you directly access the interactive, ad-hoc query engine that powers Amazon Cost Explorer. Each request will incur a cost of CNY 0.07.
Amazon Cost Explorer hourly & resource granularity
The Cost Explorer Hourly and Resource level granularity allows you to access hourly granularity for the past 14 days and resource level granularity for EC2 instances. The cost is CNY 0.07 per 1,000 UsageRecords month. UsageRecords are defined as one line of usage. For example, one EC2 instance running for 24 hours will generate 24 distinct usage records at the hourly granularity.
