Amazon CloudFront announces new Edge location in Shenzhen, China

Amazon CloudFront announces the launch of a new CloudFront Edge (POP) location in Shenzhen, China. With this new POP operated by Ningxia Western Cloud Data Co. Ltd. (NWCD), CloudFront has 4 POPs in 4 cities across China. With this launch, viewers in Shenzhen would see an improvement of 62% in average latency when accessing content through CloudFront.
