Amazon Database Migration Service now supports parallel apply when using Redshift as a target during full load, available in Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet and Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD

Amazon Database Migration Service (Amazon DMS) expands its functionality by supporting parallel apply when using Redshift as a target during full load. Amazon Redshift is a fully managed, petabyte-scale data warehouse service in the cloud. You can start with just a few hundred gigabytes of data and scale to a petabyte or more. By taking advantage of the multithreaded full load task settings, you can improve the performance of your initial migration from any DMS supported sources to Amazon Redshift.
