Amazon Database Migration Service now supports parallel load for partitioned data to S3, available in Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet and Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD

Amazon Database Migration Service (Amazon DMS) has expanded functionality by adding support for the parallel load for partitioned data to S3, improving the load times for migrating partitioned data from supported database engine source data to S3. This feature creates S3 sub-folders for each partition of the table in the database source, allowing DMS to run parallel processes to populate each sub-folder.
