Amazon Step Functions is introducing enhancements to Workflow Studio, a visual workflow designer in the Amazon Web Services console, which includes a streamlined transition between the visual builder and code, making it faster and easier to build workflows. To get started quickly, you can also choose from a collection of starter projects for common use cases and modify them using Workflow Studio.
Amazon Step Functions is a visual workflow service that developers can use to help build distributed applications, automate IT and business processes, and build data and machine learning pipelines using Amazon Web Services services. Workflow Studio for Step Functions provides an easy to use, low code interface to build workflows visually, taking advantage of all the capabilities offered with Step Functions. With the improved authoring experience in Workflow Studio, you can seamlessly alternate between a drag-and-drop visual builder experience or the new code editor so that you can pick your preferred tool to accelerate development. When you create new workflows, you can choose to start with a blank template, build off examples or run a demo to accelerate your learning.

This feature is available in all Amazon Web Services regions where Amazon Step Functions is available, including Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet and Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD.
